Ray Krussell
Owner/Trainer

Ray Krussell is a nationally recognized horse trainer specializing in the training, promotion and sales of the American Saddlebred Horse and Hackney Ponies. Ray has worked as a professional horse trainer for the past 19 years and has produced many Reserve World Champion and World Champion horses and riders.
Ray's vast horse training experience and patience makes him very proficient in breeding, starting and showing young horses and training amateur horses and riders for the show ring. Ray is a USEF Licensed Judge, a Wisconsin Futurity Board member, an Advisor to the Board of the Mid-America Horse Show Association, and an active member of the UPHA, recently serving as Committee Chairman.
Ray's personal mission is to not only provide outstanding horse training and riding instruction but, just as important, to donate and volunteer resources to local and national charitable and professional organizations including the United Professional Horseman's Association and the American Saddlebred Horse Association.
Ally Kopf
Assistant Trainer
Ally Kopf grew up in the Midwest riding and showing American Saddlebred horses throughout her childhood and teenage years. She attended UW -White Water and taught saddleseat riding lessons as a part-time job during her 4 years of college. After graduating from White Water with a business degree she decided to follow her childhood dreams of working with horses. Ally spent 4 years as an Assistant Trainer in Kentucky and West Virgina before landing her current role as Assistant Trainer at Krussell Stables. Ally assists in the daily care and training of the Krussell Stables show string in addition to assisting in the management of our very busy lesson program.
